About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior leadership for the integration and coordination of complex projects and programmes
- Establish an integrated approach to delivery across multiple disciplines, workstreams and delivery partners
- Manage key interfaces, dependencies and project risks
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to establish project objectives and success criteria
- Maintain alignment across project, programme and technical delivery teams
- Oversee programme, commercial, quality and delivery performance
- Establish governance, reporting and decision-making arrangements
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and support decision-making
- Promote collaboration and communication across Arcadis and partner organisations
- Support solutions to complex project and programme challenges
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and wider business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience leading complex projects, programmes or major multidisciplinary workstreams
- Demonstrable experience of project integration, interface management and multidisciplinary delivery
- Strong background within infrastructure, transport, construction, the built environment or another relevant sector
- Experience operating within complex client and stakeholder environments
- Strong project and programme management capability
- Good understanding of commercial management, governance, risk and project controls
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills
- Relevant professional qualification, accreditation or equivalent experience would be advantageous
