About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver Technical Due Diligence commissions across commercial property portfolios
- Identify, assess, and report on key building and asset risks, providing practical recommendations
- Deliver technical consultancy services, including TDD, condition surveys, and related building surveying commissions
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted adviser
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leaders on project and financial management
- Support business growth and the commercial building surveying offering
- Provide project updates and performance reporting to senior stakeholders
- Represent Arcadis professionally
- Mentor and support junior surveyors by sharing technical knowledge and best practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree qualified
- MRICS accredited
- Strong post-qualification experience in commercial building surveying consultancy
- Proven Technical Due Diligence experience
- Excellent technical, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness focused on high-quality client outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, concise advice
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Professional, proactive approach
- Commitment to developing others through mentoring and support
