About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop industrial medium- and low-voltage electrical installation designs
  • Prepare technical solutions for industrial projects, focusing on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Develop medium-voltage substation designs and associated systems
  • Conduct technical site visits and monitor construction activities, providing support for project implementation
  • Technically coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in projects
  • Manage engineering projects, monitoring schedules, scope, quality, and costs
  • Review technical documents, drawings, design narratives, and engineering specifications
  • Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and project execution teams
  • Support commissioning activities and validation of installed systems
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and the company’s quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience developing industrial electrical designs
  • Experience in project management and coordination of technical teams
  • Experience monitoring industrial construction activities and providing field technical support
  • Experience with medium- and low-voltage projects for industrial facilities
  • Experience developing technical solutions for industrial electrical systems
  • Required knowledge of low- and medium-voltage industrial electrical installations (LV and MV)
  • Required knowledge of medium-voltage substations
  • Required knowledge of grounding systems
  • Required knowledge of lightning protection systems (LPS)
  • Required knowledge of industrial lighting systems
  • Ability to read, interpret, and develop industrial electrical designs
  • Experience monitoring and supervising industrial electrical construction projects
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Intermediate English proficiency required
  • Active CREA registration is a plus
  • Preferred knowledge of medium-voltage electrical distribution, high-voltage (HV) substation design, and studies and analyses of industrial electrical systems
  • Experience with ETAP and PTW is a plus
  • Advanced English proficiency preferred
