About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and inspire project teams, supporting development, sharing best practice and fostering collaboration and excellence
- Own project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
- Deliver multiple projects and programmes while balancing quality, cost and schedule objectives
- Provide strategic advice on risk management, governance, compliance and healthcare sector requirements
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities
- Use project and commercial data to drive decisions and improve outcomes
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement
- Coordinate Arcadis colleagues and multidisciplinary expertise across projects
- Build trusted client relationships and create opportunities for repeat business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through to completion
- Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22, ProCure23 or similar healthcare capital programmes
- Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline
- Professional qualification and/or chartered status
- Valid CSCS card
