Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead delivery of drinking water projects, including treatment plants, transmission and distribution systems, pump stations, storage facilities, and related infrastructure
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, staffing, risk management, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients and identify opportunities supporting long-term water infrastructure goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and nationally recognized technical experts
  • Support business development through client engagement, proposal development, project pursuits, and industry involvement
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to engineers and project team members
  • Contribute to innovative, sustainable, resilient water solutions and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience delivering drinking water infrastructure projects within the consulting engineering industry
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity
  • Established relationships with municipal drinking water clients in Ohio or the broader Midwest region (preferred)
  • Experience managing water treatment plant planning, design, and construction projects (preferred)
  • Travel of approximately 20-25% may be required
