About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop scalable, secure, and well-documented web applications using React
- Build and maintain modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces
- Create automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability
- Collaborate with engineers, testers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality products
- Review, debug, optimize, and refactor code to improve performance and maintainability
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Identify and discuss improvements to system performance, security, and user experience
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application monitoring
- Use AI-powered tools to support development tasks, code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of professional software development experience building web applications
- At least 4 years of professional experience developing applications using React
- Strong understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend development practices
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with frontend state management, routing, and component-based architecture
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and clean coding principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI)
- Knowledge of web fundamentals, including HTTP, TLS/SSL, authentication, security best practices, performance, and optimization
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Practical experience using AI-powered development tools for code generation, debugging, testing, refactoring, or documentation, with ability to review and validate AI-generated outputs
- Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
- Experience with Redux or similar state management tools is a plus
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools is a plus
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude is a plus
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus
- Experience monitoring and optimizing application performance is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
