About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee day-to-day operations at commercial construction sites
Ensure adherence to plans, schedules, safety protocols, and regulations
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and construction personnel
Monitor work progress and quality through regular inspections
Address deviations from plans and maintain construction standards
Own Re-Image brand standards and ensure client satisfaction
Enforce safety regulations, protocols, and company policies
Maintain daily reports, work logs, incident reports, and other project documentation
Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, building officials, and other stakeholders
Resolve project-related issues, delays, conflicts, and technical problems
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience in constructability analysis
High sense of urgency and adaptability for fast-paced project timelines
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software such as Procore
Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous
Must have a valid passport
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 90% of the time
Ability to work in a construction setting containing loud noises
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment
Ability to remain standing for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry objects over 35 lbs
Availability for overnight work when required
