About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee day-to-day operations at commercial construction sites
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel
Monitor work progress and quality through regular inspections
Ensure adherence to Re-Image brand standards and client satisfaction
Enforce safety regulations, protocols, and company policies
Maintain daily reports, work logs, incident reports, and other project documentation
Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, building officials, and other stakeholders
Resolve construction delays, conflicts, and technical issues
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations
Report to the Chief Operating Officer
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience in constructability analysis
High sense of urgency and adaptability to manage fast-paced project timelines
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software such as Procore
Must have a valid passport
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 90% of the time
Ability to work in a construction setting with loud noises
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment
Ability to remain standing for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry objects over 35 lbs
Ability to work overnight when required by project needs
