About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop layouts for new restaurants, renovations, kiosks, and cafés
  • Prepare right-sizing studies for new business opportunities and analyze data provided by the teams involved in the new opening process
  • Develop presentations for Arcos’ restaurant opening pipelines
  • Analyze the implementation of existing restaurants to identify operational improvements
  • Review layout documentation while coordinating with the Expansion, Equipment, and IT teams
  • Support the Maintenance team with suggestions for improving the upkeep of existing restaurants

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture and Urban Planning, with at least five semesters completed and expected graduation in July or December 2028
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering results
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Curious and communicative
  • Well organized
