About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, test, and deploy APEX code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and Salesforce Flows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine technical and functional requirements.
- Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, including APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce applications, integrations, and workflows for scalability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, performance optimization, and code maintainability best practices.
- Implement Salesforce standard objects, capabilities, and configurations for common use cases.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within Salesforce.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and perform unit testing for high-quality deployments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in APEX programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integration with third-party applications.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration, and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
