About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform comprehensive manual testing, including functional, accessibility, and security testing, and API testing within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Validate custom Salesforce configurations, including Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Lightning components, against business requirements
  • Identify critical edge cases and business logic gaps early to minimize defect leakage
  • Support release validation activities, including smoke testing and regression testing
  • Review and analyze software requirements for testability and alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs to clarify requirements and maintain test coverage
  • Support customer demonstrations and assist end users during UAT sessions when needed
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest actionable improvements for business and system enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in software testing, with a strong interest in building a career in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
  • Experience with API testing
  • Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, or Playwright
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify edge cases and think from the end user's perspective
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ISTQB Foundation Level (FL) certification is a Must
