About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain agency relationships
Instruct agency personnel in the use of company online tools and submission of agency reports
Act as a liaison between the company, agents, and trade organizations
Use various sources to generate lists of new business prospects
Generate interest in Westcor by scheduling appointments and facilitating presentations
Build rapport to understand client needs
Provide exceptional customer service to expand sales for existing accounts
Perform other duties as assigned by management
