Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree preferred in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst focused on solutions for Medical Affairs, Clinical, or R&D functions
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation business processes and compliance requirements
  • 5+ years of experience owning a product roadmap and using KPIs to measure and communicate technology value to scientific or medical stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of product management principles
  • Ability to translate complex scientific or medical business needs into requirements and user stories
  • Expert knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance governing non-promotional activities and scientific exchange
  • Knowledge of Medical CRM and platforms for insight gathering and scientific content dissemination
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and networks
  • Demonstrated communication skills in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual global environment
  • Agility, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, trust-building, and resilience
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
