About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and further develop reports, analyses, and KPIs for management and specialist departments
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and in-year planning
Analyze variances and derive recommendations for action
Prepare decision-relevant analyses and presentations
Work closely with Accounting and ensure data quality and plausibility
Optimize and further develop existing controlling processes
Support projects and initiatives in the Finance function

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling
Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in Controlling, ideally in a comparable position
Strong understanding of business relationships as well as planning and reporting processes
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage
Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
Structured and proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
Very good written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage
