  • Identify deviations, trends, and improvement priorities
  • Identify root causes, prioritize actions, and measure their effectiveness
  • Meet customer requirements and conduct on-site audits
  • Turn customer feedback into improvement opportunities
  • Lead and promote a quality culture
  • Develop preventive, forward-looking, and risk-control mindsets
  • Support teams in using quality tools
  • Participate in regular meetings and reviews with program, production, methods, and laboratory teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Master’s degree / engineering degree in quality or an equivalent technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment
  • Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, 5P, SPC, FMEA, APQP
  • Statistical data analysis (SPC)
  • Fluent French
  • Technical English is a plus
  • This position requires a security clearance issued by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster constructive dialogue
  • Adaptability and proactivity
  • Curiosity and constructive critical thinking
  • Enjoyment of hands-on, on-site work
