Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive quality performance by leveraging quality indicators, identifying deviations, trends, and improvement priorities
  • Challenge the relevance of existing indicators and propose new metrics
  • Identify root causes, prioritize high-value actions, and measure their effectiveness
  • Address customer requirements and conduct field audits
  • Turn customer feedback into improvement opportunities
  • Lead and promote a quality culture across teams
  • Foster preventive, forward-looking, and risk-control practices
  • Support teams in using quality tools
  • Develop team autonomy
  • Participate in routine meetings and reviews with program, production, methods, and laboratory teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Master’s degree / Engineering degree in quality or an equivalent technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment
  • Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, 5 Whys, SPC, FMEA, APQP
  • Statistical data analysis (SPC/MSP)
  • Fluent French
  • Technical English is an advantage
  • This position requires a security clearance issued by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces
  • Adaptability and proactivity
  • Curiosity and constructive critical thinking
  • Enjoyment of hands-on, field-based work
