About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive quality performance by leveraging indicators, identifying deviations, trends, and improvement priorities, and proposing new measures where necessary
  • Identify root causes, prioritize high-value actions, and measure their effectiveness over time
  • Meet customer requirements, conduct on-site audits, and turn customer feedback into improvement opportunities
  • Lead and promote a quality culture by developing preventive, proactive, and risk-control practices
  • Support teams and develop their autonomy in using quality tools (8D, 5P, SPC, FMEA, APQP, etc.)
  • Participate in regular reviews and meetings with program, production, methods, and laboratory teams
  • Collaborate with various production units, as well as quality and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Master’s degree or engineering degree in quality or an equivalent technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment
  • Proficiency in quality tools (8D, 5P, SPC, FMEA, APQP, etc.)
  • Statistical data analysis (SPC)
  • Fluent French
  • Technical English is a plus
  • Defense security clearance issued by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces required
  • An administrative background check will be conducted to verify authorization to access ArianeGroup sites
