About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure supplier quality, under delegation from the Quality Directorate, for Transport, Logistics and Customs service providers
Validate the personnel qualification process for service providers, including receiving inspectors
Ensure internal quality, under delegation from the Quality Directorate
Serve as the Quality interface for the Transport, Customs and Logistics function
Support internal audits of Transport, Customs and Logistics processes
Manage the qualification process for internal inspectors
Respond to customer actions following DGA surveillance activities
Participate in logistics business meetings as the Transport, Customs and Logistics Quality representative
Lead the Quality improvement plan for the Transport, Customs and Logistics function
Conduct 8D analyses and provide operational support to teams
Assist in resolving issues with service providers
Monitor service providers’ 8D reports and update the dedicated Confluence space
Prepare for and support EN9100 audits
Track actions resulting from internal and EN9100 audits
Manage the standards and requirements applicable to Logistics and Transport activities
Participate in the standardization of Logistics and Transport processes
Manage KPIs and the nonconformity dashboard, including service providers, volumes, root causes, recurrence and the improvement plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or training in Logistics, Industrial Engineering and/or Quality
At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of internal and/or supplier quality management
Communication skills for functional coordination and service provider management
Experience developing dashboards
Technical English skills to communicate with teams
Self-reliance and dynamism
Team-oriented mindset
Rigor and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage complex projects
Ability to identify root causes and understand operational dysfunctions
Ability to think across functions and analytically
Strong interpersonal and assertiveness skills for leading meetings and managing service providers
Defense security clearance issued by the Ministry of the Armed Forces
