About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure supplier quality, under delegation from the Quality Department, for Transport, Logistics and Customs service providers
  • Validate the qualification process for service provider personnel, including receiving inspectors
  • Ensure internal quality activities under delegation from the Quality Department
  • Serve as the Quality interface for the Transport, Customs and Logistics organization
  • Support internal audits of Transport, Customs and Logistics processes
  • Manage the qualification process for internal inspectors
  • Respond to customer actions resulting from DGA surveillance activities
  • Participate in logistics business meetings as the Transport, Customs and Logistics Quality representative
  • Lead the Transport, Customs and Logistics organization’s Quality improvement plan as part of JIAF continuous improvement
  • Conduct 8D analyses and provide operational support to teams
  • Support the resolution of nonconformities with service providers
  • Monitor service providers’ 8D reports and update the dedicated Confluence space
  • Prepare for and support EN9100 audits
  • Monitor actions arising from internal and EN9100 audits
  • Manage the standards and requirements applicable to Logistics and Transport activities
  • Participate in the standardization of Logistics and Transport processes
  • Lead KPIs and the nonconformity dashboard, including service providers, volumes, root causes, recurrence and the improvement plan
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Department across all sites in France

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or training in Logistics, Industry and/or Quality
  • At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of internal and/or supplier quality management
  • Communication skills for functional leadership and service provider management
  • Experience developing dashboards
  • Technical English skills to communicate with teams
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Rigorous and well organized
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Ability to identify root causes and understand operational issues
  • Strong interpersonal and assertiveness skills for leading meetings and managing service providers
  • Defense clearance issued by the Ministry of the Armed Forces required
