About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage internal and external projects through quality planning, requirements definition, and implementation
  • Develop and complete RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and technical and contract reviews for new vendor relationships
  • Gather information for information system structures, processes, and protocols
  • Oversee all project aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and communicate project progress
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and negotiated timeframes
  • Forecast project completion estimates and prepare status reports for senior leadership
  • Work directly with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and budget
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree and three (3) years’ experience managing large scale projects in technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience using traditional and agile project management methodologies, including proper application
  • Experience leading cross-functional organization-wide project teams
  • Knowledge of computers and software applications in Windows, Word, Excel, and MS Project or another project management tool
  • Ability to type 40 wpm
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and use proper grammar in English
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and document technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, and government regulations
  • Ability to write business correspondence
  • Ability to define situations, document data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
  • Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages
  • Must be able to meet stated physical requirements, including walking, sitting, keyboard use, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to travel independently to department and branch locations
