About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive operational leadership for judicial education conferences, trainings, and related events
  • Coordinate facility logistics and oversee room configuration and environmental readiness
  • Manage audio/visual systems, graphics production, and video development
  • Support ongoing facility operations and maintenance of the Judicial Education Center
  • Configure, operate, and monitor instructional support technologies
  • Guide end users in equipment use
  • Execute complex audio and video engineering assignments
  • Oversee Media Center operations
  • Manage Judicial Education Center inventory
  • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades or acquisitions
  • Monitor maintenance and repair of major appliances, peripheral devices, and copiers
  • Coordinate building repairs and ongoing facility needs with property management
  • Collaborate with Education Services, the Administrative Office of the Courts, and faculty
  • Provide graphic design assistance for the Supreme Court and all AOC divisions
  • Liaise with vendors to procure certificate stock, court seals, and specialized materials
  • Travel as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in audiovisual technology support and/or multimedia production
  • Equivalent professional experience may substitute for formal education
  • Mastery in configuring, programming, operating, and maintaining enterprise-grade A/V systems and related technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of A/V hardware and software installation, configuration, and systems integration across diverse platforms
  • Exceptional analytical skills for assessing complex technical problems
  • Thorough technical knowledge of video capture technologies, editing workflows, streaming delivery methods, and multimedia production systems
  • Ability to provide clear, patient, and adaptive guidance to users with varied technical proficiency
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to edit, produce, and package video content for a wide range of formats and distribution
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities, including serving as a subject-matter resource on A/V technologies, support services, and equipment functionality
  • Up to 10% travel
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
