About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review sales, operational, and other records for submission of service measurements to clients, managing the process through billing approval
- Issue invoices and tax invoices detailing services, prices, taxes, discounts, and special terms
- Maintain records and manage customer accounts, tracking billing history, discounts, adjustments, fixed and variable revenue, outstanding payments, and due dates
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Operations, and Maintenance to ensure transaction accuracy, resolve issues, and improve processes
- Monitor performance metrics, including billing turnaround time, backlog, daily performance, missed revenue, and DSO
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Accompany customer visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in financial functions, including accounting, tax, and/or billing
- Experience in customer service
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Basic Power BI proficiency
- Experience with SAP is a plus
