About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enter, maintain, and audit benefit data in Workday to ensure accurate employee and dependent enrollment information
  • Monitor, review, and approve benefit life events and COBRA tasks
  • Audit benefit waivers, evidence of insurability records, health savings account data, benefit enrollments, and claims information
  • Provide benefit information and guidance to new hires and employees experiencing job changes across multiple countries
  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefit programs, enrollment, eligibility, claims, and general plan administration
  • Own the full lifecycle of the leave-of-absence process, including employee guidance, intake, documentation, tracking, coordination with internal partners and vendors, and maintaining accurate leave information
  • Serve as a Benefits representative during new employee orientation by presenting benefit information, facilitating webinars, and communicating enrollment requirements and plan details
  • Assist with annual open enrollment and wellness initiatives, including communications, employee support, data review, and follow-up
  • Support benefit, leave, and wellness enhancement projects, process improvements, audits, and other team initiatives
