About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the full lifecycle of D365 Business Central implementations from project planning through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Collaborate with internal departments and clients to identify business requirements and provide expert guidance
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve processes and procedures
  • Document best practices and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Partner with Sales to coordinate software demonstrations, develop Statements of Work, and support business development
  • Provide consulting services, recommendations, and solutions aligned with client goals
  • Provide project status reports and proactively address client concerns
  • Lead and facilitate client and team meetings for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Serve as the main point of contact for D365 Business Central inquiries and issues
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Design and deliver training programs for clients and employees
  • Stay informed about D365 Business Central releases, features, and industry trends
  • Advise clients on leveraging new functionalities to improve operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in Business, IT, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and overseeing client engagements
  • Leading teams and driving continuous improvement
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central configuration, maintenance, and optimization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of financial planning and analysis is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving complex technical issues
  • Experience developing and delivering effective training programs to diverse audiences
  • Microsoft certifications related to D365 Business Central are preferred
  • Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed
