Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare financial and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting packages, including senior leadership presentations
Analyze actual results for variances to plan and identify actionable insights
Present insights, recommendations, and complex financial concepts clearly and concisely
Design and build financial analyses supporting business decisions across revenue, expenses, profitability, resource management, trends, scenarios, sensitivities, and ad hoc analyses
Identify and implement reporting and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Support real-time forecasting and budgeting through templates, analysis, and data consolidation
Ensure accuracy and quality of produced materials
Maintain positive working relationships with peers and internal clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Develop expertise in Armanino’s key systems and data structures
Develop BI dashboards and complex analyses using large quantities of financial and operational data

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of relevant work experience, including supporting a United States-based organization
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field
Advanced expertise in Excel
Familiarity with finance/ERP platforms and forecasting/CPM/BI platforms
Ability to work approximately 2 to 11 pm local time to enable strong relationships with US-based team
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability in a dynamic, rapidly changing business
Passion for corporate finance, helping others, knowledge and professional development
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Creativity and critical thinking
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Machine Learning Models in Finance uses
Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Office Connect experience
Large enterprise corporate finance experience
