About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce high-quality, video-led podcast content across audio, video and social platforms
- Manage end-to-end podcast production, including concept development, research, talent briefings, scripting, show notes, recording, editing and publishing
- Develop creative concepts and episode structures tailored to each podcast’s format, strategy and talent requirements
- Produce engaging video podcast and social content for GOLD Sport
- Support broader content projects as required
- Coordinate guest bookings
- Work closely with talent to deliver high-quality content in studio and remotely
- Create social and promotional assets
- Collaborate with amplification and partnership teams to extend content reach
- Monitor audience engagement and adapt content to support continued growth across platforms
- Manage multiple podcasts, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines
- Ensure content maintains editorial integrity and complies with legal requirements, industry codes and company standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years’ experience in podcast production
- Strong video and social media experience, ideally
- Strong audio and video production and editing skills
- Proven experience managing end-to-end production workflows
- Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability
- Passion for creating engaging podcast and social content
- Highly organised and collaborative
- Ability to manage multiple projects, talent and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to upload a cover letter and resume
