About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate buy-side and sell-side transactions from contract to close
- Manage disclosure review and timeline checklists
- Process loan documentation and maintain ongoing communication with lenders
- Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact via the Aro Homes alias
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on deposits, closings, and related milestones
- Monitor and respond to inbound website inquiries
- Manage neighbor relations for active and upcoming sites
- Coordinate activities spanning development, site work, and sales
- Oversee social media posts and account management
- Support in-person sales and acquisitions events, including preparation and community engagement
- Lead homeowner engagement post-closing, including post-sale walkthroughs and ongoing communication
- Report directly to the Director of Sales and collaborate with Acquisitions, Real Estate, and Permitting teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area
- Support or transactional real estate experience
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, business development, land development, brokerage, planning, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in customer support and transaction management, ideally within real estate, escrow, or a related client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of residential real estate markets and development fundamentals
- Strong file and document management
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel throughout the Bay Area for meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Ability to work onsite in Mountain View / Bay Area, CA
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Real estate license a plus
- Experience working for a residential homebuilder, real estate developer, brokerage, or land acquisition team
- Existing network of realtor, broker, or development industry relationships
- Experience with market research, GIS tools, or real estate data platforms
