About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the consumer funnel end to end across acquisition, install, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization on desktop and mobile
- Identify user drop-off points, understand causes, quantify opportunities, and turn insights into product opportunities
- Own experiments end to end, including test selection, metric and methodology definition, result analysis, and translating learnings into product decisions
- Analyze large-scale behavioral data to investigate questions, uncover patterns, diagnose problems, and find opportunities beyond dashboards
- Define important product metrics and ensure new features are measured correctly
- Build a trusted analytical foundation for understanding product performance
- Partner with Product and leadership to frame questions, challenge assumptions, and inform product strategy and prioritization
- Use modern AI tools to explore faster, investigate deeper, automate repetitive work, and build lightweight solutions
- Build analytical frameworks and self-service capabilities so teams can answer common questions independently
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst in a fast-paced product environment
- Consumer product experience is a strong plus
- Excellent SQL and analytical skills
- Comfortable working directly with large, complex datasets
- Ability to independently get from a product question to a trustworthy answer
- Strong experimentation skills, including designing, evaluating, and interpreting A/B tests
- Understanding of statistical principles and practical pitfalls behind A/B tests
- Strong product thinking
- Technical curiosity and comfort understanding how products work under the hood
- Ability to collaborate with engineers on data, instrumentation, experiments, and technical product questions
- AI-native mindset and active use of modern AI tools
- High ownership and ability to independently identify and investigate important questions
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with consumer products at meaningful scale is advantageous
- Experience with growth, retention, engagement, or subscription products is advantageous
- Experience analyzing products across desktop and mobile is advantageous
- Python or other programming experience for analysis and automation is advantageous
- Experience building analytical frameworks, data models, or internal analytical tools is advantageous
