About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and ship exceptional iOS experiences that are fast, intuitive, and delightful to use
  • Write clean, maintainable, and performant Swift code using modern iOS frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver features end-to-end
  • Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the iOS app as it scales
  • Own features from concept to launch, ensuring quality, polish, and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews and help improve engineering standards and best practices
  • Continuously improve app performance, stability, and user experience
  • Build and scale the ARQ experience, including the flagship iOS app, Premium, Credit, and other financial products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development, building apps used by thousands or millions of users
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS ecosystem (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and testing practices
  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail when building user-facing products
  • Passion for crafting high-quality UI/UX and polished user experiences
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally in fintech or consumer tech startups
