About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for the design, development, and maintenance of the Tableau reporting suite
Ensure high performance and data accuracy across reporting
Act as a consultative partner to internal stakeholders
Translate high-level business questions into technical requirements and delivery roadmaps
Collaborate with the data warehouse team to influence data modelling and schema design
Identify trends and growth opportunities beyond descriptive reporting
Provide stakeholders with clear next-step recommendations
Implement and maintain standards for dashboards, data documentation, and quality assurance
Ensure a single source of truth
Lead the full lifecycle of reporting projects
Perform SQL data extraction and transformation
Create final visualizations and conduct stakeholder walkthroughs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in a BI or Data Analytics role
Specific experience in the iGaming or B2B software sector
Expert proficiency in Tableau and SQL
Comfortable writing complex, optimized queries for large-scale datasets
Track record of turning messy or incomplete requirements into structured, valuable reporting tools
Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, navigate conflicting priorities, and present data findings to non-technical audiences
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including Star and Snowflake schemas
Understanding of data warehouse architecture
Experience with Python for data automation and big data reporting is desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
