About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support partners, internal teams and end customers across North America with the development and integration of AI agents
- Contribute to proof of concepts, demos and quick/simple developments demonstrating AI agent solutions
- Engage in customer and partner discussions to understand business needs and define implementation approaches
- Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and related AI capabilities
- Help partners identify AI agent use cases and translate them into practical, commercially relevant solutions
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical and vendor teams on AI-related opportunities and customer engagements
- Share knowledge, best practices and learnings about emerging AI agent topics
- Explain technical concepts clearly in customer-facing conversations
- Maintain awareness of Microsoft AI technologies, security considerations and the broader AI agent landscape
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, with strong Microsoft knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Certified Frontier Transformation Engineer is strongly preferred
- Willingness/ability to obtain Microsoft Certified Frontier Transformation Engineer certification is required
- Required certifications: GH-300, AI-103, AB-100, DP-600, SC-300, and SC-401
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar AI agent technologies is required
- Some development skills, including the ability to create quick prototypes or use “vibe coding” approaches
- Understanding of AI agent development and integration
- Ability to discuss and shape AI agent solutions
- Ability to support partners and customers in defining practical implementation approaches for AI agents
- Customer-facing experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
- Ability to engage confidently with internal teams, partners and customers across different countries and functions
- Additional Microsoft certifications would be a plus
- Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership
- Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion
