About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all post-sale activities for assigned client accounts
  • Manage client account management and post-sale stewardship
  • Coordinate campaign management activities
  • Generate post-sale reports and provide client support and management
  • Coordinate with clients on insertion orders or contracts
  • Check product inventory and book inventory for client campaigns
  • Manage fulfillment of client campaigns
  • Manage client campaign bookings in Salesforce and other relevant systems
  • Book and manage media inventory based on campaign needs
  • Work with sales and other teams to ensure KPIs are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client campaigns
  • Provide regular campaign updates or revisions
  • Monitor campaigns, provide detailed reports, communicate metrics, and offer performance insights
  • Address client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
  • Meet with team members to discuss progress and improve sales operations and support processes
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to secure long-term partnerships
  • Contribute to account management process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree in business, or a related field preferred
  • Professional experience in sales support, sales operations or customer service role
  • 2-5 years of Sales Operations or Account Management experience
  • Experience in Ad Tech and/or Digital Account Management is preferrable
  • Experience in the media and/or electronics industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • If working remotely, must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership
