About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test cases
Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes
Perform API, integration, data migration, and database validation testing
Validate Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and business process configurations
Log and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
Participate in Agile ceremonies, release testing, UAT support, and production validation
Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software QA experience, including strong Salesforce testing experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, data validation, and integration testing
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification preferred
Knowledge of Apex, triggers, Salesforce security, and deployment processes
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
