About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical assistance to the Arrow ECS product team in promoting supported market solutions
- Support business partners in selecting solutions appropriate for end customers’ needs through email, phone, remote meetings, and customer-site meetings
- Promote product and technology knowledge among business partners and end customers through webinars, workshops, or conferences
- Provide technical support during proof-of-concept testing and solution implementations at end customers
- Continuously expand knowledge of offered solutions and technologies
- Participate in technical training and certification
- Cooperate with technical engineers from solution vendors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher technical education, preferably in IT-related fields
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies (AI technologies)
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Communicative knowledge of English enabling the understanding of technical documentation, participation in training, and ongoing communication with international vendors
- Knowledge and experience confirmed by certification in one of the solutions from the IBM Software portfolio (Watsonx, Maximo, Cognos, Instana, Turbonomic) will be an additional advantage
- Category B driving licence
