About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical knowledge and expertise to customers on RedHat/OpenShift
  • Advise clients transitioning to cloud-based and managed Datacentre services
  • Serve as subject matter expert for modern Datacentre platform capabilities
  • Support the commercial team in developing and constructing client offers
  • Interact with partners to identify needs and business opportunities through technical consultancy
  • Validate and work on NetApp configurations to support the business
  • Deliver training, workshops, webinars, and solution presentations to partners at vendor and industry events
  • Create proof of concepts within real customer environments
  • Support sales and vendor teams with data center pre-sales technical and technology activities
  • Deliver customized demos and presentations, provide technical advice and support, including on-site installations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience with RedHat/OpenShift
  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology
  • Ability to take initiative and be a proactive self-starter
  • Empathetic, fair, and generous approach to staff and people management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a “let’s make it happen” approach, initiative, and adaptability
  • Excellent attention to detail and genuine passion for Information Technology
  • Willingness to do some national trips to see partners
  • Fluency in English required
  • French OR Dutch proficiency is highly appreciated
