About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer Windows 10/11 workstations, including user management, troubleshooting, Active Directory, and access rights management
- Monitor and maintain the client environment, including PCs, Macs, and mobile devices
- Deploy, provision, and refresh workstations using Windows Autopilot and device enrollment
- Secure workstations and devices using Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, MFA, and security patches
- Install and update software, perform basic packaging, and deploy applications through Intune
- Maintain client operating system versions, manage upgrades, apply patches, and monitor CVEs
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, certificates, and workstation connectivity issues
- Write and maintain procedures and technical documentation
- Track incidents, requests, escalations, and problem summaries
- Support field technicians, standardize and document operations, and share best practices
- Understand the client’s business challenges and adapt solutions to operational needs
- Coordinate operations with the Digital Workplace Engineer
- Perform diagnostics, identify root causes, and automate routine tasks using PowerShell
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology
- At least 3 years of experience in a desktop support or modern workplace environment
- Intermediate English proficiency required
- Proficiency in administering Windows 10/11 workstations
- Knowledge of Active Directory and access rights management
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and device enrollment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, MFA, and security patch management
- Experience deploying applications through Intune or Tanium
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, certificates, and workstation connectivity
- Ability to write basic PowerShell scripts and perform basic remediation tasks
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, organizational, analytical, communication, prioritization, and adaptability skills
