About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the operational availability of infrastructure, including servers, systems, platforms, and IT services
Manage incidents and service requests
Diagnose and resolve Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 incidents
Escalate issues to specialist teams
Administer and enhance environments, including configurations, deployments, updates, patching, backups, and technical changes
Monitor and optimize performance
Analyze logs and perform capacity planning
Implement preventive measures to ensure availability and security

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in a challenging environment
Experience working with enterprise clients
Thoroughness, adaptability, and a proactive approach
Excellent written communication skills
