About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the N3 team: organize activities, manage priorities and resources, support skills development, and promote knowledge sharing
Coordinate the N2 and N3 teams with the N2 Coordinator
Analyze recurring issues, reduce escalations, and improve N2 autonomy through knowledge transfer and documentation
Lead complex and major incidents escalated to N3
Coordinate technical experts and manage crisis response teams
Manage escalations with vendors and ensure SLA compliance through service restoration
Lead client infrastructure evolution projects
Coordinate stakeholders, monitor timelines and risks, and provide reporting
Ensure a smooth transition between project teams and operations
Standardize and industrialize N3 operations
Improve patch management and develop automation
Structure documentation and implement performance indicators
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing recurring incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Improve monitoring, observability, and processes
Support a key account client in managing its infrastructure operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in systems and networking
At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure / IT operations
Experience managing or coordinating a technical team
Broad, cross-functional understanding of infrastructure
Ability to understand complex technical issues
Ability to coordinate technical experts
Ability to structure and organize activities
Strong organizational skills, structured approach, and proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills with technical, business, and client stakeholders
