About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the evolution strategy for infrastructure, technical platforms, and IT services
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of production environments
- Establish IT governance: service catalog, SLAs, KPIs, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Accelerate the transformation of practices toward greater adoption of DevOps, automation, and industrialization

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience directing or managing IT infrastructure and production teams in complex, critical environments
- Experience leading the transformation of IT organizations around DevOps, automation, and operational reliability
- Strong command of production, cybersecurity, governance, and service continuity challenges
- Ability to communicate with technical experts, IT leadership, business units, and governance bodies
- Leadership, ability to unite teams, and strong sense of priorities
- Experience in the audiovisual sector or a high-availability environment would be particularly valued
