About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and maintain the LAN network in operational condition
Manage incidents and service requests, including diagnosis, resolution, and escalation of N2/N3 incidents
Administer and configure network equipment
Implement configuration changes, deployments, updates, and backups
Optimize and secure the network
Monitor performance and conduct capacity planning
Monitor traffic flows and enforce security rules

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience in a challenging environment
Experience working with enterprise clients
Thoroughness, adaptability, and proactivity
Excellent written communication skills
Proficiency in administering and operating Huawei switches
Knowledge of VLANs, trunks, STP, inter-VLAN routing, and LAN monitoring
Experience with LAN/WAN architectures, IP addressing, static/dynamic routing, DHCP/DNS, and network traffic analysis
Proficiency in administering Palo Alto Networks firewalls, security rules, NAT, filtering, VPNs, and security policies
Valid work authorization required
