About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the operational continuity of systems and network infrastructures
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Level 3 incidents
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for network-related issues
  • Contribute to upgrade, migration, and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of infrastructures
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance operations and on-call rotations according to the schedule
  • Primarily work on RUN activities for a major enterprise client

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in a challenging environment
  • Strong systems expertise
  • Significant experience with Citrix and Dell VxRail
  • Experience working with major enterprise clients
  • Expertise in Citrix required
  • Expertise in Dell VxRail / hyperconverged infrastructure required
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Thoroughness, agility, and proactive approach
  • Technologies/knowledge: Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure, Exchange Online, SAN/NAS, Veeam Backup, PKI/Bastion
  • Participation in on-call rotations according to the schedule
