About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Level 2 functional support to 3DEXPERIENCE users
- Support the Assembly Methods, Configuration Management, and Industrial Brands teams
- Understand, analyze, and qualify incidents reported by users
- Reproduce issues whenever possible and investigate solutions before escalation
- Correct usage errors and guide users in using the solution
- Document issues, pain points, requirements, and enhancement requests
- Capture and share solutions through FAQs, quick reference guides, and best practices
- Contribute to deployment preparation for the Nozzles and Composites activities
- Participate in follow-up meetings and provide weekly status reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong functional knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE / Dassault Systèmes
- Experience providing Level 2 functional support to business users
- Ability to investigate incidents, identify their root causes, and propose solutions
- Ideally, knowledge of Manufacturing / Industrial environments
- Knowledge of Process Planning, Manufacturing Item, Work Instructions, or Change Management is a plus
- Experience with SAP and/or MES Apriso is an advantage
- Ability to support and train shop-floor users
- Ability to document, formalize, and share solutions
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, strong communication and training skills, and a service-oriented mindset
- Functional, hands-on profile rather than a developer or purely technical specialist
