About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, organize, and monitor all project phases, including the detailed schedule, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain the project schedule and associated tracking tools
- Oversee work progress and adjust priorities according to constraints
- Monitor and ensure the completion of interim and final deliverables
- Identify dependencies between workstreams and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with scope, timelines, and commitments
- Manage operational tracking in Sciforma
- Coordinate business, IT, and external service provider stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration between business teams, the IT department, software vendors, and external partners
- Prepare and lead project steering meetings, workshops, and project meetings
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials
- Track agreed actions and follow up with contributors
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
- Identify the necessary stakeholders and ensure their involvement
- Identify, assess, and document operational risks and issues
- Propose and monitor corrective action plans
- Maintain tracking of risks, alerts, incidents, and blockers
- Escalate to the PMO in the event of deviations or difficulties requiring arbitration
- Coordinate the tracking and resolution of defects
- Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables
- Produce and update project dashboards
- Enter and maintain up-to-date information in Sciforma
- Draft minutes for project steering meetings, workshops, and other meetings
- Track and document operational decisions
- Provide regular reporting to the PMO
- Prepare the information required for reporting and governance meetings
- Prepare and organize functional and technical testing phases
- Define and monitor test scenarios and test data sets
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with business teams, the IT department, and service providers
- Track test defects and ensure their resolution
- Formalize acceptance test results and monitor outstanding items
- Coordinate the actions required for production deployment
- Support the rollout and monitor the stabilization phase
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in computer science, project management, information systems, or a related field
- Initial experience in IT project management is preferred, including through an apprenticeship, internship, or first professional experience
- Strong command of project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid
- Knowledge of IT environments and coordination between business teams, the IT department, and service providers
- Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and dashboards
- Knowledge of Sciforma is a plus
- Knowledge of risk management, incident tracking, and quality control
- Experience managing testing and user acceptance phases
- Ability to coordinate projects involving multiple applications and interfaces
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and ability to provide regular updates on activities
- Ability to coordinate and unite multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication tailored to different stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate and resolve issues
- Ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders constructively
