About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scope business needs and organize projects
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Gather and formalize functional requirements
- Write requirements specifications and functional specifications
- Produce and contribute to project documentation, including processes, flow diagrams, data architecture, data mapping, and test plans
- Coordinate business and technical teams, including Business, Interoperability, Analytics Engineering, BI, and development teams
- Manage and monitor development activities
- Manage and update the backlog in the project management tool
- Track schedules and deadlines
- Organize and monitor validation and acceptance phases
- Present deliverables to business teams
- Prepare and facilitate project governance meetings (Project Committee / Steering Committee)
- Report on and monitor project progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Data Business Analyst
- Experience scoping, managing, and coordinating projects involving business and technical teams
- Strong command of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Ability to write functional specifications and structure project documentation
- Experience organizing and managing functional acceptance testing
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and track delivery commitments
- Professional English is essential in an international context
- An interest in Data projects is a plus
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Power BI, centralized data platforms, data integration and migration, data mapping and flows, Agile / Scrum, backlog management, project steering committees, reporting, development tracking, and functional acceptance testing
