About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead ERP projects and enhancements, with a focus on SAP SD and MM Logistics
- Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and timeline requirements
- Lead and coordinate project stakeholders
- Plan activities and monitor progress
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks
- Manage change requests and project documentation
- Prepare for and support the completion of project milestones
- Monitor enhancements and coordinate the resolution of bugs reported by business teams
- Propose continuous improvements to processes and team operations
- Interact daily with IT teams, business teams, SAP experts, Key Users, and management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience managing IT/ERP projects, ideally in an SAP environment
- Strong knowledge of the SAP SD and MM modules, particularly logistics-related processes
- Experience in a business project management / ERP enhancement environment
- Proficiency in managing costs, timelines, risks, quality, and schedules
- Ability to work with SAP experts, business teams, Key Users, project managers, IT departments, executive committees, and senior leadership
- Ability to manage project governance as well as the operational monitoring of enhancements, incidents, and bugs
- Rigor, critical thinking, autonomy, and proactivity
- Strong communication, team engagement, and coordination skills
- Experience in an industrial or large-enterprise environment would be highly desirable
- Independent contractor / freelance status
