Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, operate, and maintain server, storage, and virtualization infrastructures in operational condition
Administer Dell, Lenovo, and Huawei hardware environments
Monitor Huawei storage equipment and solutions
Operate and administer VMware virtualization environments
Administer and maintain Systancia WorkPlace desktop virtualization environments
Diagnose and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 technical incidents
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Contribute to platform enhancements, version upgrades, and migration operations
Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability
Contribute to securing, stabilizing, and optimizing environments
Create and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures
Collaborate with the client’s technical teams during day-to-day operations and enhancement projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac+3) required
At least 3 years of experience in a challenging environment
Experience working with large enterprise clients
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical incidents
Good written and spoken English
Proficiency in or experience with Dell, Lenovo, and Huawei hardware environments
Experience with Huawei storage solutions
Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
Experience with Systancia WorkPlace
Thorough, adaptable, and proactive
Excellent written communication skills
