About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the infrastructure remains operational and in optimal working condition
- Manage the lifecycle, updates, and CVE remediation of network equipment
- Administer firewalls, switches, WLAN, VPNs, and IPSec tunnels
- Administer routing and Azure and AWS cloud environments
- Administer users, MFA, virtual machines, and managed services
- Administer Office 365, analyze issues, and resolve them
- Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation repositories, and operating procedures
- Contribute to configuration standardization and continuous improvement
- Contribute to maintaining ISO 27001 certification
- Handle complex incidents and provide Level 3 support
- Perform root cause analyses
- Participate in client projects and BUILD-to-RUN transition activities
- Serve as a technical point of reference for one or more key clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (three to four years of higher education) in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with Cisco, Aruba, HPE, or equivalent network equipment
- Experience with Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Cisco firewalls
- Knowledge of IPsec/SSL VPNs, VLANs, routing, and enterprise Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Debian, and Red Hat
- Knowledge of Docker, Ansible, and Apache, SSH, PHP, and MySQL services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and BitLocker
- Knowledge of Zabbix, Grafana, vulnerability management, and CVEs
- Knowledge of Rubrik and Veeam
- Experience with Docker Compose, Git, and Terraform is a plus
- Customer-service orientation, attention to detail, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple environments and priorities
