About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment cycle: qualifying hiring needs, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, follow-up, and closing
- Identify and approach IT professionals specializing in infrastructure, including technicians, systems, networks, cloud, and DevOps
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
- Support managers and sales teams in defining hiring needs and advise them on the market
- Recruit permanent employees and independent consultants
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up
- Manage recruitment activities and track recruitment metrics
- Anticipate hiring needs and adapt sourcing strategies
- Challenge existing methods and propose improvements
- Experiment with new approaches using digital tools and artificial intelligence
- Contribute to employer branding and HR communications projects
- Participate in creating content and initiatives that enhance the company’s attractiveness
- Propose ideas to improve recruitment practices and the candidate experience
- Contribute to transformation initiatives and synergies with SPIE ICS teams
- Report directly to the Head of Recruitment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure roles and their specific requirements
- Proficiency in sourcing, headhunting, and direct search techniques
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure rigorous follow-up
- Excellent interpersonal skills when working with managers, sales teams, and candidates
- Ability to build relationships based on trust
- Enjoys challenges and demonstrates resilience in the face of rejection
- Values teamwork, sharing best practices, and working in evolving environments
- Experience with or proficiency in tools such as Teamtailor, Trusty, Noota, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and sourcing tools
