Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments
Handle incidents and service requests from end to end
Analyze, prioritize, and resolve tickets independently
Contribute to infrastructure enhancement and security projects
Implement technical changes in production environments
Work on hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation
Contribute to the industrialization and automation of recurring operations
Track actions, maintain documentation, and communicate with the various stakeholders
Work at a major enterprise client as part of a consultant replacement assignment

What you’ll need

Significant initial experience as a Windows Systems Engineer, ideally in a production environment
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environments
Experience with hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation
Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell
Experience with virtualized environments, ideally VMware and/or Nutanix AHV
Ability to work on RUN and CHANGE activities
Ability to manage priorities, handle multiple topics simultaneously, and communicate progress effectively
Autonomy, attention to detail, responsiveness, and a strong service orientation
