About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze user feedback on Arthrex’s globally used AI-powered product knowledge database
- Identify causes of negative feedback
- Identify and document bugs and other issues
- Coordinate with Product Management and Development to address issues
- Support testing of new features
- Verify whether reported issues have been resolved through bug fixes
- Prepare feedback, test results, and other data in a structured way
- Support day-to-day team operations through analyses, documentation, and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Digital Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a comparable degree program
- Students from other academic backgrounds are welcome
- Interest in digital products and the practical application of AI
- Analytical mindset and systematic problem-solving ability
- Careful, reliable, and independent working style
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Complete application documents, including CV and relevant certificates
